Website outage

This website was down from about Thursday, May 7th, to
today, Monday, May 11th, due to an upgrade in the network
connection by our hosting provider, which put our server
on a new IP address. When the server came back up
on Saturday, I made an error in the nameserver configuration,
which I didn't fix until today. My apologies for any consternation
this may have caused.
